Rajesh Exports has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 13, 2016, to mull an acquisition in the Middle East. The acquisition has been proposed to further expand the global footprint of the Company in the same line of business after the successful acquisition of Valcambi, the Switzerland based world’s largest gold refinery.
