JD Orgochem informs about closure of trading window

JD Orgochem has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, the Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, 2015 will be closed from May 13, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till May 26, 2016.
