GTV Engineering has informed that at the meeting of Board of Director held on May 11, 2016, Ankit Rohit, has been appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 11, 2016. Further, Board has also appointed Rajat Gupta, a Practicing Company Secretary, proprietor of Gupta Rajat & Associates as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-2016.
