Trident fixes book closure for final dividend & AGM

Trident has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on May 28, 2016 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend on equity shares, if declared, will be credited/ dispatched to the respective equity shareholders within 15 days from the date of declaration in Annual General Meeting.
