Soma Textiles & Industries shuts-down spinning unit at Ahmedabad

Soma Textiles & Industries has closed down its spinning unit at Ahmedabad in state of Gujarat with immediate effect. The company has taken this step as it is not viable to continue spinning at the present scenario due to which there is high operative cost and other adverse factors.

Soma Textiles & Industries was one of the first units to manufacture indigo denim. The company’s principal products include cotton yarn and cotton fabrics as also blended yarn and man-made fabrics.
