Gayatri Projects to acquire 100% equity shares of Gayatri Domicile

Gayatri Projects has received an approval to acquire by way of purchase of 20,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each constituting 100% of Gayatri Domicile for an amount not exceeding Rs 2,00,000. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 14, 2016 has approved for the same.

Gayatri Projects is a Hyderabad-based infrastructure and construction company with a presence across the segment, primarily undertaking road and irrigation projects.
