Hinduja Global Solutions board to consider final dividend

Hinduja Global Solutions has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Insider Trading Code, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from May 15, 2016 to May 27, 2016.
