Datamatics Global Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016; and to consider the recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2015 - 2016, if any. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading (Code of Fair Disclosure) formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from May 19, 2016. The trading window will reopen on May 30, 2016.
