Diamond Power Infrastructure has informed that the Company has received investors queries regarding exhaustive details of Jiangsu Longzhe Technology and Trade Development Company which has given a proposal to acquire stake in Diamond Power infrastructure, the Company wants to clarify that the said Company is one of the large traditional Chinese conglomerate and do not have its English Websites.
