InterGlobe Aviation has informed that Pankaj Madan, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of InterGlobe Aviation (the ‘Company’) vide his resignation letter dated May 17, 2016 has resigned from the Company. Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has, in its meeting held on May 17, 2016, approved the appointment of Rohit Philip as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from July 18, 2016 for a period of 5 Years.
