Usha Martin has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, to consider approval of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from May 18, 2016 to May 27, 2016.
