Industrial & Prudential Investment Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and adopt audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2016; to recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016; to recommend issue of bonus shares; and to recommend shifting of the registered office from the State of Maharashtra to the State of West Bengal. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 and would re-open on June 02, 2016.
