Synergy Cosmetics (Exim) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider the audited financial results of the company for quarter and year ending March 31, 2016. Further, as per ‘Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ in Shares of the Company (‘Code’), the trading window will remain closed from May 19, 2016 to May 31, 2016 in connection with the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending March 31, 2016 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on June 01, 2016.
