BJ Duplex Boards has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and financial Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016for the Insiders covered under the Code.
