Further, The Trading windows on the exchange will remain closed for all the Directors, Key Managerial Persons and their Relatives, Promoters and their Relatives from Monday the May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.
