Calcom Vision has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further, for the abovementioned purpose the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company would be closed from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
