Vardhman Concrete has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, for adopting, approving and taking on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from May 21, 2016 to May 30, 2016 for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
