Roopa Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be on May 30, 2016, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further, In accordance with the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended and financial year ended on March 31, 2016. All Insiders are informed to abstain from trading in the Company shares when the Trading Window is closed.
