ZF Steering Gear India informs about outcome of board meeting

ZF Steering Gear India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held May 19, 2016, has redesignated Utkarsh Munot, Executive Director as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, for a period of five years, from May 19, 2016 to May 18, 2021, at the revised terms and conditions, subject to the approval of the Members.
