Bharat Rasayan raises Rs 25 crore via issue of commercial paper

Bharat Rasayan has raised Rs 25 crore by issuing commercial paper (CP). The issue, with maturity date of November 15, is rated CARE A1+. The company has appointed HDFC Bank as the issuing and paying agent.

Bharat Rasayan, part of the Bharat Group of companies, is engaged in manufacturing technical grade pesticides, pesticides formulations and intermediates.
