Polyplex Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Year ended March 31, 2016, & also consider item relating to proposal of payment of dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16, which would be subject to declaration by the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
