Abbott India has informed that the Company has issued a notice to Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited (Sharepro), Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for termination of their services effective May 31, 2016. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent in place of Sharepro at the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled on May 25, 2016 and will make necessary disclosures on any development in this regard.
