Ram Minerals and Chemicals informs about closure of trading window

Ram Minerals and Chemicals has informed that as the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, the trading window shall remain close from May 23, 2016 to May 30, 2016. In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the Company in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, all insiders (including Directors and Employees), who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidently or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading window as stated above.
