Jattashankar Industries has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016 and Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window will remain closed for all employees/Directors from May 22, 2016 to June 02, 2016.
