Further, pursuant to read with the new of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 which is effective from May 15, 2015, the trading window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the Directors and other designated persons of the Company from May 21, 2016 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
