Samruddhi Realty has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016. The Board will consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 for all the Directors and Designated Employees.
