Indian Sucrose informs about closure of trading window

Indian Sucrose has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for year ended March 31, 2016. The trading window shall remain closed May 23, 2016 to June 02, 2016 in connection with consideration of audited annual financial results for year ended March 31, 2016. As per code of conduct of the Company under Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulation, 1992.
