IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company informs about closure of trading window

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall be closed from May 27, 2016 to June 01, 2016 for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on June 02, 2016.
