With reference to the earlier letter dated May 06, 2016, regarding Board Meeting on May 30, 2016, NCL Industries has now informed that the Board meeting convened on May 30, 2016, the Board may also consider the declaration of final dividend if any for the Financial Year 2015-16 apart from other items.
