Nelcast board recommends final dividend

Nelcast has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2016, has recommended a final dividend of 20% i.e. Rs 0.40 per share of Rs 2 paid-up for the financial year 2015 -16 subject to the approval of shareholders; and the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 04, 2016. The meeting commenced at 9.30 A.M. and concluded at 12.40 P.M.
