Vaibhav Global informs about allotment of equity shares

Vaibhav Global has informed that the Company has allotted 8,774 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each on May 25, 2016 to ‘Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust’ under Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs 325,239,050 consisting of 32,523,905 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
