Aryaman Financial Services to foray into Portfolio Management business

Aryaman Financial Services has received an approval to venture into the business of Portfolio Management through Subsidiary/SPV/appropriate route. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2016 has decided and further approved necessary investment for the same.

Aryaman Financial Services deals mainly in merchant banking activities like issue management, portfolio management services, and corporate debt restructuring.
