Karur Vysya Bank board recommends final dividend

Karur Vysya Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, has recommend a final Dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year 2015-16. Taking into account the interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity share already paid in March 2016, the total dividend comes to Rs 14 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year 2015-16.
