Tata Power Company Ltd.

Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company has been honoured by the Ministry of Power at the National Award Ceremony in New Delhi for the year 2009-10 and 2010- 11. Honourable Union Minister of Power felicitated the company with three bronze awards for the meritable performance in three categories.

The company was felicitated for its performance as a distribution company, Thermal Power Stations for Trombay Combined Cycle GT Power Station (180 MW) for the year 2010-11 and Hydro award for the Bhira & Bhira PSS (300 MW) station for the year 2009-10.

Tata Power is India's largest integrated private sector power utility with an installed generation capacity of 5297 MW and a presence in all the segments of the power sector viz. Generation (thermal, hydro, solar and wind), Transmission, Distribution and Trading.
