Mastek has informed that a meeting of Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on June 03, 2016 has allotted 142,408 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 23,139,682 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs 115,698,410.
