Fineotex Chemical has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia to carry on the business in that region. The company is in the advance stage of negotiating with foreign parties for investing in business in and around Malaysia.

The company manufactures and trades in Specialty Chemicals and Enzymes for Textile and Garment Industry, Construction Industry, Leather Industry, Water Treatment Industry, Paint Industry Agrochemicals, Adhesives and others. It currently has its manufacturing facilities situated at Mahape in Navi Mumbai.
