SCI inks shipbuilding contract with Rongsheng Shenfei Shipbuilding

Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has signed a shipbuilding contract with Rongsheng Shenfei Shipbuilding, China on July 14, 2011 for acquisition of a newbuilding cellular container of 3500 TEU capacity.

Recently, Shipping Corporation of India had taken the physical delivery of one Supramax Bulk Carrier. The tanker is named ' m.v. Vishva Vijeta' of 56638 Dead Weight Ton capacity.
