Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has decided to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) to offer a two-year programme in Big Data Analysis, for the first time in India. To be launched within the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Computational Science of the University, the course is designed by eminent experts in Data Science and Data Analytics from academia and industries with initiative from the TCS. The proposed MSc programme includes subjects of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science and two teachers of the university are being trained by Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, for this purpose.
