Central Bank of India informs about change in composition of board of directors

Central Bank of India has informed that Government of India, Ministry of Finance has vide Notification dated June 21, 2016, nominated N. Nityananda as Part-time Non-official Director under Chartered Accountant Category on the Board of our Bank for a period of three years from the date of said Notification of his appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
