With reference to Company’s earlier Press Release dated January 13, 2016 titled ‘Orange to acquire Airtel’s subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Sierra Leone’, Bharti Airtel has now informed that Orange has completed the acquisition of 100% of the operations of Airtel in Burkina Faso via its subsidiaries. The Company shall update the exchange regarding the process for Sierra Leone as and when it is completed.
