Tata Global Beverages has informed that as per ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the trading window of the Company will be closed from June 24, 2016 to August 11, 2016 for the purpose of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2016. The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
