Mercury Laboratories informs about resignation of CFO

Mercury Laboratories has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have accepted resignation of Priyanka Doshi, Chief Finance Officer of the Company who has tendered her resignation due to her pre-occupation and personal reasons with effect from June 23, 2016. Company is in process of appointing new Chief Finance Officer in place of her.
