ITC informs about allotment of shares

ITC has informed that the Company on June 24, 2016 issued and allotted 6,107,210 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 6,10,721 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from June 24, 2016, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 8,053,314,201 divided into 8,053,314,201 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each.
