Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure board approves bonus issue

Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2016, has recommended Bonus Shares in proportion of One new Equity Share of Rs 10 each for every Twenty Five existing fully paid Equity Shares of Rs 10 each held by the Members, subject to approval of the shareholders.
