Coal India has informed that Sujata Prasad, JS&FA, Ministry of Coal (MoC) and Nominee Director of MoC in the Board of the Company has been relieved of her duties from June 20, 2016 (Afternoon) from MoC on her promotion. Hence she ceased to be a Director of the Company. This information was received by the Company on date from MoC.
