Power Finance Corporation has informed that Vijay Mohan Kaul was appointed as non-official part time Director on the Board of the Company with effect from June 24, 2013 by the President of India vides Ministry of Power. Govt, of India communication dated June 24, 2013, for a period of 3 years. On completion of his said tenure, Vijay Mohan Kaul has ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from June 23, 2016.
