Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has informed that on account of increasing strategic importance of the group's business interests in North and South America, Kalyanasundaram Subramanian, now directly responsible for these businesses, shall soon relocate to the USA. Hence, he has resigned as the director of the company with effect from the March 31, 2012.
