Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 21, 2016, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). Pursuant to the Trading Code of Conduct of the Bank, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank will be closed from June 30, 2016 and the same would open for trading from July 25, 2016.
