eClerx Services has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, at its hearing held on July 01, 2016, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Agilyst Consulting and eClerx Services and their respective shareholders with effect from the appointed date of April 01, 2015. Further, the certified copy of the aforesaid High Court order is expected to be received shortly and thereafter will be filed with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, and upon such filing the said High Court order sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Agilyst Consulting into eClerx Services would become effective.
