Gammon India informs about closure of trading window

Gammon India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year (18 months period) ended March 31, 2016. In connection with the above and as per the terms of the Company’s ‘Insider Trading Code for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s securities shall remain closed for specified persons as defined in the Code from July 05, 2016 to July 19, 2016.
